It’s lovely to meet you.
I am a bachelor-qualified clinical naturopath, passionate about helping women heal their chronic health conditions at the root and rebuild the foundations for long-term health.
With a nervous system–first approach, I support gut health, women’s health, and the deeper imbalances often linked to chronic or traumatic stress with a particular interest in individuals with a history of trauma and C-PTSD. I often attract sensitive-bodied women that have been overlooked or misunderstood by the modern medical system. I help these individuals reclaim agency over their health and provide them with a roadmap for healing, guided by the wisdom of their symptoms.
I love coaching/mentoring people from a grassroots level and integrating this with my evidence-based natural medicine/preventative health approach to healing. I understand how overwhelming and saturated the wellness world can be, and how hard it is to navigate your own healing journey.
I walk alongside you to help you make informed, empowered decisions about your health. I also won’t shy away from calling out the unhelpful patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that keep you stuck in healing loops.
My work focuses on rebuilding the true foundations of health, often the “boring” micro-habits and tiny daily choices that compound over time and determine your outcomes. Most of the time, it’s unconscious patterns running on autopilot that are keeping you stuck, and this is where I excel by helping you bring awareness to the blind spots that are blocking your progress.
I am straightforward in my approach. I will tell you the truth many practitioners won’t, because I care more about your results than your comfort.
I help make healing inevitable through sustainable, consistent lifestyle and dietary change.
I work best with self-motivated clients who are ready to take responsibility for their health. If you’re looking for hand-holding, rescuing, or someone to reinforce self-sabotaging patterns, I am not the practitioner for you.
I am for the women who are sick of their own patterns, ready to get out of their own way, and committed to doing the REAL nervous system work they’ve been avoiding, so they can step into a future of true, lasting wellbeing.
I offer 1:1 naturopathy consultations in person and online, along with mentoring containers for those seeking more intimate and extended support in our work together.
It is with a humble heart that I share part of my story with you, so that you may see the embodiment I am deeply proud of today as a practitioner, cycle-breaker, and healer.
My hope is that it serves as evidence that no matter where you are in life, growth and healing are possible, and a different reality is always available to you.
My healing journey began in my final years of high school after experiencing a concussion and whiplash. This injury initiated a cascade of events that led me to study a Bachelor of Health Science and spend the next eight years exploring, healing, and rebuilding myself into the woman and practitioner I am today.
I had a challenging and turbulent childhood, raised in a volatile household by two alcoholic parents. Over the years, domestic violence, neglect, and other complex dynamics led me to emancipate myself at the age of 15.
In hindsight, I can see the chronic fear and trauma that began to take hold in my body after leaving home. I navigated my late teens and early adulthood independently, including seasons of homelessness, financial and food insecurity, and a lack of adequate life skills; all while carrying the impact of developmental trauma that would later express itself through chronic health symptoms.
Over a 10-year period, I became unwell and experienced a multitude of debilitating symptoms, collecting diagnoses like badges along the way. Living in a highly sensitive body added another layer of complexity to seeking help.
